TechRunner Premium Services provides preventive home maintenance and smart home optimization services in the San Francisco Bay Area. By booking a service or enrolling in a protection plan, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services

All services provided by TechRunner Premium Services are preventive in nature. Services include visual inspections, cleaning, optimization, filter replacement, and general system assessments. We do not perform licensed mechanical repairs, electrical rewiring, refrigerant handling, structural modifications, or major HVAC system replacements unless specifically licensed and contracted.

No Guarantee of System Performance

While we strive to improve system efficiency and reliability, we do not guarantee that systems will not fail, malfunction, or require future repairs.

Third-Party Referrals

If major repairs are needed, we may recommend licensed contractors. We are not responsible for work performed by third-party contractors.

Limitation of Liability

TechRunner Premium Services shall not be held liable for:

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Protection Plans

Protection plan services provide scheduled preventive visits only. Major repairs and parts are not included unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify protection plan pricing with 30 days written notice.
